Pressure Cooker EASY & TENDER POT ROAST! *BONUS video clip included

This pot roast recipe includes simple ingredients, yet they make such a powerful impact on taste! This roast is done in less than an hour and the meat comes out juicy and tender! The flavors are incredible and pairs great with mashed potatoes!

Ingredients:

◦ 3 LBS CHUCK ROAST

◦ 2 TBSP MAYO

◦ MONTREAL STEAK SEASONING

◦ GARLIC POWDER

◦ FRESH GARLIC CLOVES (3)

◦ SPRINKLE SALT

◦ 1 CUP WATER

Directions:

1. Season the chuck roast with only salt and sear it for 2 minutes on all sides. I set the pressure cooker to chicken/meat setting to get it nice and hot. If the roast doesn’t fit in one piece, cut it in half and sear each piece seperatly, then place both meats back in the pot.

2. After the meat is seared, sprinkle Montreal Steak Seasoning and garlic powder on both sides.

3. Rub mayo on both sides of the meat and the edges of the meat using a spoon or spatula.

4. Stick the garlic cloves in between the meat, it slides in easier where there is fat chunks, and place what’s left on top.

5. Pour the cup of water around the meat, not over it, and close the pressure cooker.

6. Place the setting on chicken/meat and adjust the time to 40 minutes.

After it’s done, release the pressure and place the meat in a serving dish! Be sure to pour the ‘sauce’ that was created over the meat!

This meat is absolutely tender and flavorful I can’t wait for you to try it! Mayo is such a flavor enhancer to any kind of meat, even seafood! Ever tried mayo on salmon? Another one of my favorites!

Let me know in the comments below what your favorite mayo-marinated meat is!

Enjoy this silly clip below where I attempted to make a video recipe! I included it because there’s a cute baby in there and because I share why I LOVE the pressure cooker!
