Hibachi Fried Rice-Don’t throw left overs away!

Have left over white rice? Don’t throw it away! Save it for lunch the next day with this hibachi fried rice recipe! I say next day because it does require cold white rice but you can make the rice a couple hours ahead of time and still use it! No matter what you decide to do, this rice is so yummy and an easy no-headache dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked, cold white rice

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 tspn Seseme seed oil

Directions:

  1. In a wok (yields best results), fry the onion in the vegetable oil for 3 minutes.

  2. Add the 2 eggs and stir them around until they are cooked. (Think scrambled eggs)

  3. Add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce and the 1/2 tspn Seseme oil

  4. Add the white rice and stir well so that the rice is warmed all the way through. After about 5 minutes, serve!
