Don’t run away from this fish recipe! Trust me, I’m not a fish person but this recipe makes me look forward to fish! It’s so flaky, flavorful and easy, which is why I love making it for dinner parties. You prep it, stick it in the oven and enjoy spending time with your guests. No watching the grill or stove, and the taste of the fish will leave your guests thinking your a pro chef! A lot of times people run to steaks when hosting a dinner or anything else that’s normal for a fancy dinner but this will definatly be a dinner to remember!
